Q:  Why are not all requests included in the preliminary plan?

When I started a new release, not all requests are shown in the grid below (below ‘Show Detail’ button).
There seems to be no way to scroll – is this the intended behavior? Any insights?

Answer:

The preliminary release plan generator creates a plan which does not
necessarily include all requests from your backlog.

After filtering out the 'support' class, 'critical' urgency requests, and whatever
else you specified (if specified an additional filter) it also does a rough estimation
on how many requests can be implemented given the deadline. So it picks only
N top urgent requests (considering only high, medium, low urgency requests).

In the planning session you should be able to massage the plan:
add/remove more requests.

**Note: critical vs. non-critical. The idea is that in Yoxel you deal with critical requests differently, using
requests/critical panel. Release Manager ignores those and only takes into account 'high', 'medium', 'low'
customer urgency requests. You deal with critical ones right away and you create a plan for the others.
So be very careful with what you call 'critical' (critical is something you need to fix in 24hrs, ASAP, and your customer can not wait). If your customer could wait longer ,till you come out with the next incremental release, then you probably should file such requests as 'high' but not 'critical'.
