Answer:
Yoxel KBS is a Knowledge Base Management System. Some may call it a Question&Answer system.
- You ask your question under a certain category
- It gets routed to a responsible owner of the category
- Some discovery happens where the responsible owner tries to find out the answer for you by communicating with experts either in the background or through the KBS.
- An answer is given to you and final wording is captured in the KBS
- You may request more details or add your comments
- The owner also can return the question back to you for more information
Yoxel KBS is a hybrid system which is on the one hand has a workflow similar to a request/bug tracker
and on the other hand allows all participants to add their comments and collaborate like in a forum.
