Q: Can yoxel create ticket from email message?
Our current ticket management system is able to create tickets from a customer via email. Is this functionality available and if not is there any plan to implement it?
Answer:
Yes, as a matter of fact in version v1.22b that is coming out in a few of days we have
added a very flexible utility that can monitor IMAP mailbox and capture vaious emails
for filing as new tickets or comments to existing tickets.
If you would like to try this version right away, before it is released to general public,
please write to support@yoxel.com and we will send you a download pointer.
See request#559 in the 'requests' section of the portal. Another user has requested
this feature a while back to enable integration with Nagios.
