Q:  Does Yoxel support customizable workflows?

This looks like a good tool however its missing customizable work flows.

Answer:

Yoxel actually supports customizable work flows. One can define multiple request classes and for each class define a role based workflow (states, permissions, email templates). The problem though we do not have a nice GUI for this. This works for (RequestTracker, IT TicketTracker, and KnowledgeBase).
