Q:  Can we attach images and upload files?

This question came as an anonymous feedback. I am not sure the sender will find this Q&A record.
It is best to register to get a yoxelId and be able to file these questions in our KBS.

Answer:

 In the current (v1.25) version the capability of attaching files is absent.

Teams that use the Yoxel OSS on their premises typically specify only a link or path to those files in
their request/question. The files themselves could be kept in a separate versioning system.

 Or is your intention actually to upload files into our Support Portal?

 Please let us know how critical this is for you by filing an enhancement request.
