Q:  Do all new requests appear on myYoxel page?

MyYoxel: when the request has been created, should it appear automatically on MyYoxel page of the assignee?

Answer:

No, with the default dashboard configuration only the requests of customer urgency 'critical' with show up
on the myYoxel page of the assignee. To see all requests assigned to him/her he/she will have to go to
requests/filter section and find them.

Another page where the assignee will see his requests (and that is not part of the dashboard mechanism) is
'sw releases'. Once you have planned a release and started an implementation phase, that page will show each assignee their requests that are part of the release work.

The idea here is that one should care about 'critical' requests and the ones planned for a release.
Other requests are not so important so you can always find them just by using a filter.
