In this example the external BTS is Bugzilla. Yoxel can also do importing from GNATS and it is possible to customize our BTS-IMPORT module to import from almost any BTS. If you want to set-up this importing capability from your BTS please contact us. 17 april 2005

In order to start using BTS eXtra or RPS on top of your existing Bugzilla or GNATS database you will have to contact us at info@yoxel.com. Bugzillas and GNATS are not all the same so we might need to add a little customization to our engines by working individually with you. 14 february 2005
