Personal Commitment Manager (Yoxel PCM) , Early Adopter build #150, is available for . In this build we have added support for the following "team collaboration" scenario:download

A manager sends an email to his team describing a request and asking for someone to take ownership
Team members pick up the email in their PCM's and start communicating * The whole team can discuss the details of the request in a dedicated email channel * An owner is identified and can formally express his/her ownership
The owner specifies the ownership of the request in its PCM and this information is communicated to other PCM's: * Now it is an "incoming request" in the owner's PCM, "outgoing request" in the manager's PCM, and "monitored request" for everyone else. * The owner can now communicate state (ACTIVE,INWORK,COMPLETE) and plan required work. * Planning is done by attaching one or more tasks to the request and placing them in the calendar. * Once the tasks are properly placed and sized in the calendar the owner has an accurate prediction of when they will be complete and hence when the request will be complete. * Now a realistic "commitment date" can be communicated back to the manager and others so that they all could schedule their own tasks accordingly. The "commitment date" exchange is handled by PCM also.
All the communication about this request happens in PCM's email channel which is a chat-like widget that controlls a thread of emails.

Simplified configuration of new email accounts: * Auto detecting IMAP/POP/SMTP account settings for addresses hosted by GMail, Yahoo, Hotmail * Retrieving MS Exchange account settings from existing Outlook configuration * SMTP accounts now added/edited in the Email Account editor
Requests View: * GMail-like ordering added (by last comment received in the request channel) * Flag icons added to show requests associate with tasks
